Support & Performance

Connection & Troubleshooting Tips

Quick solutions to common streaming and configuration questions.

1. Connect via wired Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi where possible.
2. Restart your home router to refresh DNS routing tables.
3. In your player settings, increase the stream buffer size from normal to large (e.g. 3000ms–5000ms in TiviMate or Smarters).
4. If your internet service provider manages stream bandwidth during peak times, enabling a compatible VPN will bypass local throttling.
Open your player's settings menu, navigate to EPG / TV Guide, and tap "Update EPG" or "Clear EPG and Reload". Check that the system time and timezone on your TV or streaming stick match your local time accurately.
Check that the Server URL does not have an accidental trailing slash (`/`) at the end, and verify that uppercase/lowercase characters in your username and password match your confirmation email exactly.
