Step 1 Install IBO Player from your TV App Store
On your Smart TV remote, open the official app store:
- Samsung Smart TV: Open Samsung Apps, search for IBO Player, and tap Install.
- LG Smart TV: Open LG Content Store, search for IBO Player, and install the application.
- Sony / Philips (Android TV): Open the Google Play Store and search for IBO Player or TiviMate.
Step 2 Locate your Device MAC Address & Device Key
Launch IBO Player on your television screen. The welcome screen will display:
- Device MAC: e.g.
00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx - Device Key: a 6-digit numeric security code
Keep this screen open or note these two values.
Step 3 Connect your Subscription Playlist
You have two simple options to link your subscription:
Method A (Self Setup via Web Portal):
1. Open your computer or mobile browser and visit the IBO Player upload portal (iboplayer.com/device/login).
2. Enter your TV's MAC Address and Device Key.
3. Select Add Playlist or Add XC Playlist.
4. Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password sent in your subscription confirmation email.
5. Click Save.
Method B (Assisted Setup via Support): Simply send your TV MAC Address and Device Key to our
24/7 support team. We will configure your playlist onto your TV directly.
Step 4 Reload IBO Player & Start Watching
Return to your television screen and press the reload/refresh icon on IBO Player. Your live television categories, sports channels, and on-demand movies will load into your menu.
