1. General Policy

At 24/7 IPTV, customer satisfaction is important to us. For this reason, we offer a free trial to allow users to test service quality, compatibility, and performance before purchasing a subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


2. Free Trial First

A free IPTV trial, when available, is provided so users can:

  • Test compatibility with their device
  • Evaluate streaming quality and stability
  • Confirm channel availability

Because a free trial is offered prior to purchase, users are strongly encouraged to test the service before subscribing.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the conditions below.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A long-term subscription (6 or 12 months) was purchased
  • The refund request is submitted within the applicable timeframe

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Device or app incompatibility
  • Internet connection issues
  • User error or misuse
  • Dissatisfaction with channel lineup or content
  • Issues that were testable during the free trial
  • Temporary service interruptions

4. Refund Conditions for Long-Term Plans

🔹 6-Month Subscription

  • If a refund is requested within 30 days, the cost of 1 month will be deducted
  • The remaining balance may be refunded

🔹 12-Month Subscription

  • If a refund is requested within 30 days, the cost of 1 month will be deducted
  • If requested between 30–60 days, the cost of 3 months will be deducted
  • No refunds after 60 days

🔹 3-Month Subscription

  • If a refund is requested within 7 days, the cost of 1 month will be deducted
  • No refunds after 7 days

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Compatibility issues (free trial provided before purchase)
  • Failure to use or activate the service
  • Change of mind
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Abuse, sharing, or reselling of the service

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with:

  • Your order reference
  • The email used for purchase
  • A brief explanation of the request

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent service termination
